2019 Bermuda Hotel Reservation Link; Convention Registration Form and Convention Payment Page
Please see the below three (3) actions, all which must be done by Attendees:
1) HOTEL RESERVATIONS:
A) BERMUDA HOTEL RESERVATIONS
BERMUDA HOTEL RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE SEPARATELY BY EACH ATTENDEE.
THE HOTEL IS NOT INCLUDED WITHIN THE CONVENTION REGISTRATION.
Reservations Deadline
The deadline for reservations at the group rate is: September 20, 2019 (30 days out)
Cancellations received prior to September 20 will be refunded
Cancellations make after September 30 will be charged for one night room and tax

Room Rates:
Rate: $199 – Standard Room
There is a $15 per day room tax Resort Levy; 11.75% Government Tax; 7.25 Occupancy Tax; 4.5% Tourism tax). Standard internet (which is very slow – is free I believe) and enhanced internet is $10. Per day but you can click on multiple days when you connect.
B) NEW YORK CITY PRE-CONVENTION HOTEL RESERVATIONS:
NEW YORK CITY HOTEL RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE SEPARATELY BY EACH ATTENDEE.
THE HOTEL IS NOT INCLUDED WITHIN THE PRE-CONVENTION REGISTRATION.
The Hotel for the Pre-Conference Tour will be The Downtown Association located at 60 Pine Street New York, New York with a group rate of $275.00 per night ($60.00 less than the member rate!). The arrival date will be Wednesday, October 16, 2019.

3) PAYMENT FOR BERMUDA CONVENTION AND NEW YORK CITY PRE-CONVENTION
PayPal Payment is highly preferred. Use only the “Add to Cart” buttons which apply to your specific Registration features. Each time you select one “Add to Cart” button you are taken to the Paypal Checkout page. If you likely have more than one “Add to Cart” button to select, then go to “Continue Shopping” which will bring you back to this page so that you can select other “Add to Cart” buttons. Once all your items are showing in the PayPal Checkout page, select Pay with PayPal.
