Management

Management of the IILA is the responsibility of a Board, comprising:

  • President
  • 1st Vice President
  • 2nd Vice President

  • Treasurer
  • Secretary
  • Immediate Past President
  • Director at Large

Fifteen standing committees carry out the Institute’s business activities, reporting back to the Board. The standing committees include the following:

  • Constitution, Legislative and Bylaws Committee
  • Grievance Committee
  • Publication & Publicity Committee
  • Disaster Committee
  • Convention Committee
  • Liaison & Marketing Committee
