2020 AGM and PreConference Information Page

Following is the initial agenda information. This will be updated in April if not sooner:

For the AGM and Conference we will gather in San Antonio at Hotel Contessa on the Riverwalk downtown.  It’s a great city with much Texas heritage to offer and the folks are so very nice and accommodating.  Our room rates will be $169 to $229, depending upon a city or river view, etc.

We will be in New Orleans, Louisiana (NOLA) for the Preconference Tour as many international members have not been there and express interest in going.

Here is the high level view of the 2020 event:

Wednesday, October 21 – arrive NOLA

Sunday, October 25 – depart NOLA for San Antonio, Texas

Sunday, October 25 – arrive San Antonio, Texas (very short flight – details later)

Friday, October 30 – depart San Antonio
